1. Issuer: The gift card ("Card") is issued by FOUND Arcadia ("Issuer").

2. Nonrefundable and Non-Transferable: The Card is nonrefundable and is not redeemable for cash. It is not transferable and may not be resold or exchanged for cash or credit, except where required by law.

3. Use and Redemption: The Card may only be used for purchases of goods or services at FOUND Arcadia. The Card cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.

4. Expiration: The Card does not expire. However, if permitted by law, any remaining balance on the Card may be subject to an inactivity fee as allowed by applicable law.

5. Lost or Stolen Cards: FOUND Arcadia is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged Cards, or any unauthorized use of the Card. Treat the Card like cash. Lost or stolen Cards will not be replaced or refunded.

6. Balance Inquiry: For balance inquiries or to check the expiration date, visit FOUND Arcadia or contact our team.

7. Compliance with Law: By purchasing, using, or accepting the Card, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including without limitation those governing the use and issuance of gift cards.

8. Modification of Terms: FOUND Arcadia reserves the right to amend, modify, or terminate these terms and conditions at any time, in its sole discretion, without notice.

9. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [insert jurisdiction], without regard to its conflicts of law principles.
