Custom and made-to-order items require upfront payment and cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded once production has begun.

Antiques are sold as-is, and due to their unique and vintage nature, no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be offered unless otherwise required by law.

Found Arcadia reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud, inaccuracies in pricing or availability, or violations of these Terms.

We offer shipping for online purchases to the United States. Shipping fees and timelines will be calculated at checkout. Found Arcadia is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers.

Once an order has been shipped or picked up in-store, the risk of loss and title passes to you, the customer.
5.3. Local Pickup
For customers near our physical location, we offer local pickup. Local pickup orders must be collected within 14 daysof notification, or storage fees may apply.
