Shipping & Delivery
- $0 - $58 : $8.50
- $58.01 - $150 : 15% of order total
- $150.01 - $300 : 12.5% of order total
- $301+ : 10% of Order Total, capped at $599
Shipping costs are determined based on the retail price prior to any discounts being applied.
At this time, we are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations. Additionally, Found Arcadia cannot be held liable for any items that are damaged or defectivewhen shipped to or handled by a freight forwarding service.
The items in your order may be shipped separately and delivered by different carriers or services, depending on the specific pieces. Each product has its own estimated shipping timeframe, which can be found on its product page. Please keep in mind that these lead times are subject to change. Once your item is ready for shipment, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, giving you access to carrier details and transit updates.
Below is an overview of the expected delivery methods based on item categories in your order:
Small Parcels & Décor Pieces
Smaller items ship directly from our Fulfillment Center and will be carefully delivered right to your doorstep.
Smaller Furnishings
Furniture pieces that do not require assembly—such as nightstands, side tables, coffee tables, poufs, ottomans, lounge chairs, table lamps, floor lamps, and select large lighting fixtures—will be delivered to either your doorstep or driveway, depending on the carrier.
Larger Furnishings
For oversized furniture—including sofas, cabinets, beds, dressers, and dining tables—a local delivery agent will coordinate your delivery. They will contact you directly to schedule a time within their available operating hours.
Important Delivery Notes
- A signature is required at the time of delivery for larger items.
- Please ensure there is a clear path for entry and adequate space for safe placement of your item.
- Some items may not include full assembly, packaging removal, or white-glove delivery services.
- Orders will only be delivered to the original shipping address provided at checkout.

Orders will be delivered exclusively to the shipping address provided at checkout. To facilitate a seamless delivery process, please ensure that a valid phone number and email address are included at checkout so your local delivery agent can coordinate a suitable delivery time with you.
Kindly be aware that a fee may apply if a scheduled delivery appointment is missed. As a courtesy, you will receive a pre-call notification when the delivery agent is on their way to your location.
Returns
We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products, but we understand that sometimes a piece may not work as expected in your space. For this reason, we accept returns on select items within 10 days of delivery.
Return Shipping & Refunds
- Eligible returns will be refunded to your original payment method, minus a 10% restocking fee and shipping and handling fees.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Returns sent with postage due will be returned to the sender.
In-Store Purchases
- Eligible returns will be accepted for store credit within 10 days of purchase.
Eligibility for Online Returns
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging (including tags, accessories, and protective materials).
- Returns must be initiated within 10 days of receiving your order.
Non-returnable items include:
- Holiday and seasonal items.
- Custom or made-to-order furniture.
- Sale or clearance items.
- Antiques: Due to their unique, one-of-a-kind nature, antiques are not eligible for returns or refunds.
- Furniture
- Final Sale: Discounted, holiday, and clearance items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Email Us
Contact us at returns@foundarcadia.com with the following details:
- Order Number
- Items you wish to return
- Reason for your return
- Photos of the item(s) in their original condition and packaging.
Step 2: Approval Process
Once your return request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions, including the return address and, if applicable, a return shipping label.
Step 3: Ship Your Items
- Ship your return within 5 business days of approval.
- Ensure all items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
- Important: Returns are the responsibility of the customer until they are received by Found Arcadia. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing insurance for high-value items.
Refunds
- Refunds for online purchases will be issued to your original payment method once we have received and inspected your return.
- Refunds will be processed for the original purchase price minus a 10% restocking fee and shipping and handling fees.
- Please allow 5–7 business days for your refund to appear in your account after processing.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us at returns@foundarcadia.com with photos of the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
For damaged or incorrect items, we will provide a replacement, refund (including shipping fees), or other appropriate resolution at no cost to you.
Shipping + Handling Fees
- Non-Refundable Fees: Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
- Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect items).
- Unpaid Postage: Returns sent with unpaid postage will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
Non-Returnable Situations
- Condition Issues: Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage not reported at the time of delivery are not eligible for a refund.
- Damage During Return Shipping: Items damaged during the return process due to insufficient packaging will not qualify for a refund.
- Late Returns: Items shipped back outside the approved return window or without prior authorization will not be refunded and will be returned to the sender.
Custom Orders + Final Sale Items
- Custom or Made-to-Order Furniture: Returns are not accepted for custom or made-to-order items, as they are tailored specifically for you.
- Final Sale Items: Sale and clearance items are not eligible for return or refund.
Legal Considerations
To ensure compliance with legal requirements:
- Clear Disclosure: All return and refund conditions, including non-returnable items and the 10% restocking fee, are clearly stated at the point of purchase.
- Consumer Rights Compliance: Found Arcadia complies with all applicable consumer protection laws. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless otherwise required by law (e.g., damaged or incorrect items).

RUGS & LIGHTING:
- All rugs and lighting incur a 15% restocking fee per piece, per return. Pieces must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging. Customized lighting sales are final. Customized lighting cannot be returned.
ARTWORK:
- All artwork is final sale.
VINTAGE:
- All vintage is final sale.
FURNITURE:
- All furniture is final sale.
