1. Order Processing Times

1.1 In-Stock Items

  • All in-stock items are processed within 2-3 business days after the order is placed (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

1.2 Antiques

  • Due to their unique and delicate nature, antiques may require additional handling time before shipping.
  • We take extra care to ensure these pieces arrive safely.

2. Shipping Rates

2.1 Standard Shipping

  • Shipping rates for orders are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your package.
  • Smaller items (e.g., accessories and décor) are shipped via standard ground shipping.

2.2 Free Shipping Eligibility

  • Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions for select items or orders over a specified amount. Free shipping applies to standard ground shipping within the continental United States unless otherwise noted.

3. Delivery Locations

3.1 Domestic Shipping

  • We ship to addresses within the continental United States. Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

3.2 Local Pickup

  • For customers near our physical location, we offer a local pickup option free of charge.
    • Orders must be picked up within 14 days of notification, or storage fees may apply.
    • Please bring a valid photo ID and your order confirmation when collecting your order.

3.3 International Shipping

  • At this time, we do not offer international shipping for online purchases. If you are interested in international shipping, please contact us at orders@foundarcadia.com to discuss special arrangements (subject to additional fees).

4. Delivery Timeframes

4.1 Standard Ground Shipping

  • Standard delivery times are typically 5–10 business days, depending on your location.
  • Please note that delivery times may be extended during peak seasons or due to unforeseen carrier delays.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. You can use this information to monitor the progress of your shipment.


6. Damage During Transit

6.1 Inspect Your Delivery

  • Upon receiving your order, please carefully inspect all items before signing for delivery (if applicable).
  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing orders@foundarcadia.com with the following information:
    • Your order number.
    • Photos of the damaged item and packaging.

6.2 Resolution

  • For damaged or defective items, we will work with you to arrange a replacement, repair, or refund, as appropriate.

7. Failed or Missed Deliveries

7.1 Returned Packages

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or delivery failure, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping fees may apply.

8. Non-Delivery Areas

At this time, we are unable to deliver to the following:

  • PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses.
  • Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories.

9. Shipping Policy for Antiques

Due to the delicate and one-of-a-kind nature of antiques:

  • Antiques will be shipped using specialized carriers when necessary to ensure proper handling.
  • Delivery timelines may vary, and additional shipping fees may apply based on the item's value, size, and fragility.

  • If you need to make changes to your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us at orders@foundarcadia.com as soon as possible. Changes cannot be made once an order has been processed or shipped.

  • Please place holiday orders early to ensure timely delivery. Delivery times may vary due to seasonal demand.
