- Unfortunately, we do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or any countries outside of the U.S. Please note that Found Arcadia is not responsible for damaged or defective items shipped to or handled by freight forwarding companies. Shipping costs are calculated based on the retail price before any discounts are applied.

Returns:
Please keep the following in mind:
- Rugs and Lighting: A 15% restocking fee applies to returned items, provided they are unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging. Customized lighting is not eligible for return.
- Final Sale Items: Artwork, vintage items, furniture, custom upholstery, made-to-order pieces, swatches, sale items, and holiday items are final sale and cannot be returned.
While we carefully inspect all items prior to shipping, damages can occasionally occur. We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon receipt and report any damages within 48 hours. Our team will be happy to assist with a replacement.
