It is important to clean the mill regularly, keep its contents fresh, and avoid exposure to moisture. Never wash the mill in water or in the dishwasher. The mill is designed for easy disassembly. Once disassembled, give all the parts a good clean with a small brush and dry cloth.

Please keep the following in mind:
- Rugs and Lighting: A 15% restocking fee applies to returned items, provided they are unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging. Customized lighting is not eligible for return.
- Final Sale Items: Artwork, vintage items, furniture, custom upholstery, made-to-order pieces, swatches, sale items, and holiday items are final sale and cannot be returned.
While we carefully inspect all items prior to shipping, damages can occasionally occur. We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon receipt and report any damages within 48 hours. Our team will be happy to assist with a replacement.
