Return and Refund Policy


At FOUND Arcadia, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer store credit on eligible merchandise within 10 days after you receive your order.
Eligibility for Return:
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging.
  • Returns must be initiated within 10 days after you receive your purchase.
  • All sales are final on holiday and seasonal items.
How to Initiate a Return:
1. Email hello@foundarcadia.com with the following details:
  • Order number
  • Items you wish to return
  • Reason for your request
  • Photos of the item(s) in original condition
2. Once your return request is approved by our team, we will issue a return shipping label (if applicable).
Return Process:
  • Returns must be placed back in the mail within 5 business days of receiving approval.
  • Returning the item(s) is at the customer's own risk. Items received damaged, not received, or returned outside of the listed time frame are not eligible for a refund, and you will be notified accordingly.
  • Store credit will be issued for eligible returns, less shipping and handling charges.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Returns that are received back with postage due will be returned to sender.
